Here's a simple guestbook you can add to any page on your website to allow comments. Why not put the guestbook block in edit mode and play with the options?
We also have a fully featured Discussions Forum Add-on if you need it.

beau- i never want to stop looking at our weiddng pictures and everyone else can't stop saying how wonderful they are. you truly captured our day in a way that is so personal to us. fewer awkward posed pictures = good!! people commented to my parents that everytime they turned around, there you were, and i truly appreciate that!! you were better than we could have hoped and made our weiddng photo experience so effortless! thanks again and we'll be looking for a reason to call you again soon.love, luke and chelsey duffney
